Bottega Veneta Press and Communication Intern

1. Manage and coordinate shopping send-outs and returns via Launchmetrics.
2. Organize the dispatch of samples.
3. Support the PR & Communication Coordinator in archiving collections.
4. Monitor media coverage including press, digital, and social media.
5. Collect and format all press clippings.
6. Develop weekly and monthly reports with the PR & Communication Coordinator.
7. Handle journalistic requests such as captions and visuals.
8. Ensure the showroom is well-maintained.
9. Coordinate regularly with the Milan-based Communication team and international offices in London, New York, etc.
10. Provide daily assistance to the press department as needed.
11. Support image coordination and press requests.
12. Engage with the press.
13. Assist the Communication team with events and fitting requests.
14. Aid in managing collections: inventories, archiving, packaging, etc.

1. Enrollment in a communication or fashion school.
2. Previous experience in a press office is preferred.
3. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Experience with Launchmetrics is a plus.
5. Sensitivity to the fashion and luxury universe.

Previous experience in a press office is preferred.
