Bottega Veneta Operations Assistant

- Maintain an orderly back-of-house and shipping area, including receipt and staging of incoming merchandise.
- Process all types of sales transactions at POS and ensure adequate change and accurate cash handling procedures.
- Manage non-merchandise supplies (stationery, uniforms, packaging, beverages) and replenish as needed.
- Support store maintenance and cleaning operations to meet brand standards.
- Organize and maintain the cash wrap, including up-to-date reference materials (phone lists, passwords).
- Support after-sales and before-sales processes, including product returns and exchanges.
- Assist sales associates with address verifications and verbal credit card authorizations when required.
- Prepare new merchandise for floor presentation by tagging, labeling and moving items to sales floor.
- Execute operational tasks communicated by management to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving targets set by store management and corporate partners, and comply with company policies.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, high energy and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven problem-solving ability in a retail environment.
- Maintains a polished, professional appearance consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Physically able to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and assist with merchandise movement.
- Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week, a minimum of three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.
- Cash handling and POS transaction processing

- Store maintenance and back-of-house organisation
Preferably 1–2 years of retail or store operations experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment. Experience with cash control and inventory procedures is expected.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, customer service or merchandising training is a plus.
