1. Plan and execute all merchandising functions for Men's Leather goods and other categories, including sales management, seasonal buying, inventory control, product delivery, and training.
2. Identify sales opportunities and propose strategic actions to enhance the Men's business segment.
3. Set store clusters by category for Men's Leather goods and provide feedback to headquarters.
4. Oversee seasonal buying in Milan and manage order uploads during buying campaigns.
5. Conduct permanent assortment reviews and store mapping per season.
6. Rebalance stock with weekly store-to-store transfers and manage daily distribution by seasonal collection.
7. Oversee markdown stock allocation and inventory management, including shipment checks and stock replenishment requests.
8. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising (VM) team on product launches and monthly floor sets.
9. Support store operations through monthly focus setting, sales trend analysis, and promotional planning.
10. Conduct seasonal collection training and maintain regular communication with headquarters merchandising team.
11. Partner with cross-functional teams and conduct store visits with corporate team.
12. Manage markdowns and price adjustments.

1. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
2. Minimum of 8 years of merchandising experience.
3. Detail-oriented and results-driven with a flexible and positive mindset.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strategic thinking with strong leadership capabilities.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Logical and orderly thinking ability.
3. Experience with POS and ERP systems.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong determination to meet deadlines.

Minimum 8 years of experience in fashion merchandising or buying roles with international fashion or luxury brand companies. Experience in Men's department buying is preferred.
