- Oversee Bottega Veneta's Canadian business, driving growth and brand development through innovative regional strategies.
- Support the VP of Retail East Coast & Canada in implementing strategies, goals, sales plans, and budgets to ensure regional success.
- Ensure Retail Excellence to deliver an impeccable customer experience across stores.
- Guarantee adequate staffing in stores to provide elevated luxury service.
- Coach and mentor Store Managers to cultivate exceptional customer service standards.
- Engage in managing Client Advisors, fostering team selling training, and providing real-time coaching.
- Analyze business trends and implement plans to achieve sales and collection sell-through goals.
- Develop and manage outreach/clientele programs to drive sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and build a strong network within the luxury market.
- Oversee individual sales performance of Client Advisors, empowering Store Managers to hold regular discussions with their teams.
- Collaborate with corporate and retail stakeholders to align objectives and drive business growth.
- Uphold Bottega Veneta’s standards and procedures, ensuring operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient import and export processes.
- Monitor and manage customs and trade compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with international suppliers and logistics partners to optimize shipping routes.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian import/export laws and regulations.
- Implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and minimize overstock and stockouts.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory orders.
- Assess associate personnel needs and recruit top talent by partnering with HR.
- Manage ongoing training programs to strengthen product knowledge and operational systems.
- Identify future leaders and mentor them to enhance skills and job responsibilities.
- Assess associate performance and provide ongoing feedback.
- Create and maintain a fair and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
- Experience with importing and exporting products.
- Proven ability to manage staff who exceed sales goals while maintaining payroll budgets.
- Multi-store management experience preferred.
- Ability to identify top talent and develop successful retail professionals.
- Critical thinking and timely action-taking abilities.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and leadership through motivation and influence.
- Ability to achieve results independently and through teamwork.
- Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and handle medium to large items.
10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on importing and exporting products and multi-store management.
Salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 CAD annually, plus discretionary bonus.
