1. Assist in the development and execution of the product strategy for leather goods collections.
2. Participate in creating the collection plan to identify new product opportunities.
3. Conduct competitor analysis, including product typology, mix, and price mapping.
4. Collaborate with the Product Development Team to track collection progress.
5. Perform weekly and monthly sales analysis and generate ad hoc reports.
6. Prepare documents for seasonal marketing activities and product launch events.
7. Manage collection samples and support daily merchandising activities.
8. Assist in showroom preparation, including the creation of buying decks and sample management.
9. Develop product descriptions and ensure hierarchy checks in collaboration with relevant departments.
10. Support the development of collection training materials to explain inspirations and strategies.
11. Prepare sell-in analysis at the end of selling campaigns.

1. Successful completion of studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent fields.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.

At least 6 months of experience in similar roles or in-store, including internships, is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.
