Bottega Veneta Junior Merchandiser — Men's Shoes

- Support the definition of the merchandising brief and build the collection plan for Men’s shoes, defining offer structure and assortment logic.
- Define and help implement pricing architecture to meet margin objectives and ensure collection consistency versus carry-over and competitors.
- Conduct benchmark and competitor analysis and maintain awareness of market and trend developments in luxury footwear.
- Perform sales analysis and produce clear, visually effective reports to inform assortment, buy and replenishment decisions.
- Collaborate with product and production teams to follow up on development, industrialization changes and deliveries.
- Manage sales campaign activities including collection files, look lists, preparation of digital selling tools and sample management.
- Prepare and deliver showroom and in-store seasonal training to convey collection inspiration, product direction and selling points.
- Work closely with retail merchandising to gather market feedback and identify local opportunities and trends.
- Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience within an established luxury brand.
- Previous experience in footwear, leather goods or small leather goods (SLG) product categories.
- Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a strong asset.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into commercial actions.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Team-player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

At least 2 years' merchandising experience within a luxury fashion house, with hands-on exposure to footwear or related leather categories and involvement in collection planning, pricing and sales analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Economics or a related discipline preferred.
