1. Oversee the daily operations of the local finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial and management accounts.
2. Manage controlling and reporting activities for Bottega Veneta entities in the Middle East retail sector.
3. Collaborate with regional teams and the Shared Services Center in Dubai to ensure cohesive financial management.
4. Ensure all financial data is meticulously documented and records are current and precise.
5. Implement and maintain robust reporting, accounting systems, and internal control procedures.
6. Prepare and present the monthly reporting pack with precision, resolving any discrepancies before submission to headquarters.
7. Facilitate timely submission of planning scenarios, coordinating with various departments for data collection.
8. Take full ownership of monthly income statement preparation, providing detailed variance analysis and commentary.
9. Conduct periodic reviews of key balance sheet accounts to prevent misstatements.
10. Work with shared services to ensure compliance with statutory and taxation requirements.
11. Monitor cash flows and anticipate liquidity needs.
12. Provide financial analyses for capital investments and contract negotiations.
13. Develop and document business processes to enhance internal controls.
14. Identify and assess potential business risks, offering strategic recommendations.
15. Liaise with internal and external auditors and financial institutions.
16. Analyze monthly profit and loss statements, offering qualitative insights to management.
17. Ensure cost control and operational efficiency across the organization.

1. Degree in Accounting with proficiency in IFRS.
2. Experience in the retail industry, with exposure to KSA and Qatar markets preferred.
3. Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and SAP.
3. Dynamic and analytical mindset.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Excellent communication skills.

Previous experience in financial management within the retail industry is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with the KSA and Qatar markets.

Degree in Accounting.
