Bottega Veneta Inventory Control Intern

- Support the Inventory Control Manager in overseeing stock activities across the Americas network, ensuring compliance with internal policies and achieving high inventory accuracy.
- Process and reconcile all types of inventory movements across retail and wholesale channels, including stock adjustments, intercompany and intracompany transfers, returns, receipts, purchase orders and consolidations.
- Generate and run weekly inventory and KPI reports to monitor performance, analyze stock levels and provide transparency to stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve negative on-hand quantities, in-transit intracompany movements and consignment discrepancies.
- Support month-end inventory closing, in-transit reconciliations and preparation of sales and margin reports for regional leadership.
- Coordinate execution of price events and adjustments across channels, including data entry, securing approvals and finalizing releases.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Retail and Merchandising teams to plan, analyse and record physical inventory results and respond to annual audit inquiries.
- Assist operationally with employee sales and new store openings as required.
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and able to receive academic credit for a paid internship.
- Availability to work 32 hours per week.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to manipulate data, build basic models and produce clear reports.
- Excellent organisational, time-management and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Sound numerical aptitude and strong written communication skills.
- Effective cross-functional communicator able to liaise with department teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated willingness to improve processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Enrolled students with academic eligibility for internship credit. Prior exposure to inventory control, retail operations, logistics or supply chain environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; must be able to receive academic credit for the paid internship.
