1. Ensure compliance of offices, warehouses, and facilities with security policies and procedures.
2. Promote and strengthen the security culture through projects and initiatives.
3. Support risk assessments, security surveys, business impact analyses, and audits.
4. Contribute to the update, review, and auditing of the security framework, including crisis and travel security.
5. Collect information to support security incident investigations.
6. Provide administrative support to the Security team.
7. Coordinate security training courses and related learning initiatives.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal and Facility Management.

1. Master’s Degree in relevant fields.

1. Knowledge of Italian and/or security and privacy regulations.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
3. Teamwork and strong relational skills.
4. Problem-solving ability.
5. Strong sense of respect and confidentiality.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

No specific experience required, but a desire to contribute to industrial security, crisis, and organizational resilience is essential.
