1. Oversee the operational management of company facilities, including buildings, offices, and production plants.
2. Engage in daily operational management, maintenance, and control activities, while participating in expansion and improvement projects.
3. Coordinate architectural and technical projects from inception to completion for manufacturing spaces and industrial sites.
4. Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities on building systems, including electrical, HVAC, fire prevention, and more.
5. Monitor plant efficiency, plan interventions, and optimize management costs through coordination with internal and external teams.
6. Support the Facility team in contractor and vendor assessment, selection, and validation.
7. Assist in defining budget forecasts for maintenance and track OPEX and CAPEX with the controlling department.
8. Supervise construction planning and execution, conducting on-site inspections and ensuring quality delivery.
9. Collaborate with RSPP/H&S Manager, Sustainability Manager, and Plant Managers on technical and organizational activities.

1. University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field.

1. Strong project management expertise.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and processes.
3. Experience in managing plant systems within industrial buildings.
4. Understanding of sustainability principles and international building classifications.
5. Fluency in Italian and English.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, and project management tools.
7. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
8. Team-oriented with strong relational skills.
9. Willingness to travel to various sites in Italy.

Proven experience in managing industrial facilities and construction projects, with a focus on plant systems and sustainability.

University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
