Bottega Veneta Industrial Facility & Construction Manager

- Oversee the operational management of company facilities, including buildings, offices, and production plants.
- Engage in daily operational management, maintenance, and control activities, while participating in expansion and improvement projects.
- Coordinate architectural and technical projects from inception to completion for manufacturing spaces and industrial sites.
- Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities on building systems, including electrical, HVAC, fire prevention, and more.
- Monitor plant efficiency, plan interventions, and optimize management costs through coordination with internal and external teams.
- Support the Facility team in contractor and vendor assessment, selection, and validation.
- Assist in defining budget forecasts for maintenance and track OPEX and CAPEX with the controlling department.
- Supervise construction planning and execution, conducting on-site inspections and ensuring quality delivery.
- Collaborate with RSPP/H&S Manager, Sustainability Manager, and Plant Managers on technical and organizational activities.
- University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field.
- Strong project management expertise.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and processes.
- Experience in managing plant systems within industrial buildings.
- Understanding of sustainability principles and international building classifications.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
- Team-oriented with strong relational skills.
- Willingness to travel to various sites in Italy.
Proven experience in managing industrial facilities and construction projects, with a focus on plant systems and sustainability.
University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
