1. Upload and maintain content in the Digital E-Learning App.
2. Create engaging videos to support training initiatives.
3. Organize and set up video shoots with external partners, including managing relationships with partners and models, stock preparation, and equipment hire.
4. Coordinate training events, including booking rooms, restaurants, and managing logistics.
5. Provide operational support in day-to-day training activities and global training projects.
6. Consolidate regional data and generate reports for training KPIs.

1. Excellent digital skills and familiarity with video editing tools such as Canva.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of fashion and luxury trends, market news, and industry developments.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
7. High attention to detail.
