- Maintain global service standards, guidelines, and retail tools to ensure clarity and ease of execution in boutiques.
- Develop effective working routines with regional teams, balancing brand consistency with market needs.
- Consolidate store feedback and operational insights to enhance service design and boutique usability.
- Define and monitor KPIs for service streams, including adoption, quality, compliance, and lead times.
- Support the creation of reporting dashboards for global and local teams.
- Prepare regular performance updates and recommendations, highlighting risks and driving corrective actions.
- Maintain and evolve hospitality standards and execution guidelines for boutiques.
- Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure worldwide consistency while allowing local adaptation.
- Contribute to the ownership of client-facing tools linked to service execution, including process clarity, adoption, training, and communications.
- Support execution in the retail network in partnership with After Sales stakeholders, ensuring service levels and quality standards are met.
- Identify and propose new in-store services to enhance client experience and boutique productivity.
- Support business cases and implementation plans for new services, including scope, process, tools, training, costs, and risks.
- Support a consistent personalization experience in stores, monitoring performance and coordinating improvement actions.
- Support robust execution of the Certificate of Craft in stores, ensuring process compliance, accuracy, and reporting.
- 3+ years of experience in Luxury Goods with exposure to Retail Operations, Retail Excellence, Client Experience, or Store Services.
- Preferred experience in-boutique or strong field interaction, with an understanding of store realities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver through influence in a matrix environment.
- Comfortable with KPIs and translating insights into concrete action plans.
- Strong communication skills in English.
