- Develop and execute paid media plans for specific markets, including campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
- Manage local media agencies to ensure alignment with global marketing and campaign strategies.
- Oversee media plans with a comprehensive, omnichannel approach, collaborating with local and central media agency teams for integrated planning and KPI monitoring.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for media agencies, ensuring seamless planning, booking, and reporting processes.
- Manage and control local digital campaign setups, including UTMs, trafficking, and measurement, in collaboration with local media agencies.
- Oversee the organic social calendar with regional teams, ensuring timely planning and reporting in alignment with the global HQ communications calendar.
- Collaborate with regional teams and local media agencies to provide monthly competitive analysis, insights on ad-hoc competitive activities, and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Lead the process from media production to execution across digital, print, and out-of-home channels, coordinating with project management teams, creative production agencies, and local media agencies.
- Analyze and present post-campaign performance metrics to the Head of Integrated Media and regional teams, providing clear insights and actionable next steps.
- Act as budget controller for defined markets, maintaining an up-to-date global budget tracker and reconciling budgets in local and EUR currencies.
- Maintain updated integrated marketing/media presentations for assigned markets.
- Facilitate cross-sharing of internal information for assigned markets, ensuring relevant updates are communicated to internal teams and proactively seeking required planning information from other departments.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in media for luxury brands, encompassing both traditional and digital media.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask effectively with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Positive demeanor with excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and regions.
- Ability to understand media strategy and marketing processes, working efficiently with partners as directed by the Media Manager.
- Quick decision-making, innovative thinking, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate and track high volumes of work through end-to-end workflows.
- Data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and develop actionable steps.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in media management within the luxury fashion sector.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
