1. Monitor and report e‑commerce performance across channels (sales, orders and related KPIs) on a regular cadence.
2. Gather and analyse e‑commerce data using GA4 and Tableau to produce insights on customer behaviour, product performance and sales trends.
3. Design and maintain dashboards to enable the e‑commerce team and stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions.
4. Support sales and orders forecasting processes for key markets and regions.
5. Prepare post‑event analyses to identify missed opportunities and inform follow‑up actions.
6. Support preparation of presentations and status updates for Top Management and project stakeholders.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Business Management or an equivalent field and eligible for a 6‑month curricular internship.
2. Strong proficiency with Excel, Power Point and Outlook and a demonstrable willingness to develop skills in analytics tools.
3. Fluent written and spoken English.
4. Previous internship experience in a business analyst role within e‑commerce or the fashion industry is advantageous.
5. Demonstrated interest in the luxury fashion sector and e‑commerce.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams.
