1. Execute final footwear finishing operations including application of insoles, cleaning and preparing uppers, pressing/ironing and final assembly/boxing.
2. Perform detailed visual and dimensional quality checks to ensure finished shoes meet Bottega Veneta standards.
3. Coordinate closely with the finissage area manager to respect production schedules and deliver required quality and timing targets.
4. Document defects and non-conformities and feed back to upstream teams to support continuous improvement.
5. Maintain an organized, safe and compliant workstation and care for finishing tools and equipment.

1. 5–7 years' proven experience in a footwear finishing role within the shoe manufacturing industry.
2. Thorough knowledge of footwear construction, materials (leather and textiles) and finishing processes.
3. Exceptional manual dexterity, precision and attention to detail.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams.

5. Manual dexterity and fine hand skills

Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in footwear manufacturing, specifically in finishing or final assembly within a luxury or artisanal shoe workshop.

Vocational secondary education or equivalent technical training in footwear/leather goods manufacturing, or comparable on-the-job experience.
