1. Support the General Manager in monitoring retail performance in terms of sales and profitability for Northern Europe.
2. Prepare periodic management reports and conduct financial analysis, particularly for capital investments and contract negotiations.
3. Drive the annual budget process and periodic budget revisions in collaboration with the General Manager, Retail Managers, and central Finance team.
4. Act as the main point of reference for Finance matters within the Northern Europe Area, working closely with the Shared Service Center.
5. Manage reconciliation of statutory versus reporting and serve as the main contact for local auditors.
6. Oversee environmental reporting for Northern Europe countries.
7. Manage the P&L of the sub-region and act as the main financial contact for Retail and Store Managers.
8. Collaborate with the Legal department on lease management and oversee Northern Europe’s real estate portfolio.
9. Prepare feasibility studies for new projects and present business plans to the Regional Management Team.
10. Coordinate with local Finance teams to ensure appropriate reporting, accounting systems, and internal control procedures are in place.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a controlling team or audit firm.
2. Previous experience in retail controlling for fashion brands is highly appreciated.
3. Graduated in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

4. Dynamic and stress-resistant with the ability to react quickly and propose solutions.
5. Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
6. Advanced knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is a plus.
7. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.

3-4 years of experience in a controlling team or audit firm, with a preference for experience in retail controlling for fashion brands.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
