1. Support the forecast and budget process by collaborating with various departments to gather and provide necessary information.
2. Assist Finance & Business Performance teams in calculating retail financial KPIs such as sales density and staff productivity.
3. Prepare monthly business performance reviews for headquarters.
4. Analyze retail store performance, including ranking, positioning, and competitor analysis.
5. Monitor targets and commission performance against last year and budget.

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English.

2. Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
4. Flexibility and adaptability.
5. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in fashion retail and business analysis is essential.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
