1. Define the regional strategy for men's and women's RTW to develop the category and maximize business potential.
2. Lead showroom buying sessions to create tailored store assortments based on market needs.
3. Collaborate with the Global Retail Merchandising team to align regional actions with the global strategy.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to evaluate merchandising actions and optimize assortments and stock.
5. Monitor inventory, deliveries, and reordering to maintain appropriate stock levels across the network.
6. Maintain continuous communication with Store Managers and Retail Managers to address store needs promptly.
7. Analyze sales and sell-through data to develop strategies for boosting sales and optimizing stock.
8. Collaborate with Visual and Training Teams to support regional sales and store setups.
9. Conduct market visits to DOS stores and competitors for trend analysis.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising and buying in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Knowledge of the luxury market in Europe and the Middle East.
5. Confidence in presenting to large groups.

1. Passion for product, with a preference for experience in RTW.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Flexibility and adaptability.
4. Collaborative team player.
5. Excellent command of English.
6. Willingness to travel.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar retail merchandising and buying role, particularly in the luxury sector.
