- Define the short- and long-term regional strategy for men's and women's RTW to develop the category and maximize business potential.
- Prepare and guide showroom buying sessions to tailor store assortments to specific market needs.
- Collaborate with the Global Retail Merchandising team to align regional actions with global strategy and share market insights.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to evaluate merchandising actions and optimize assortments and stock.
- Monitor inventory, deliveries, and reordering to maintain appropriate stock levels across the network.
- Maintain continuous communication with Store Managers and the Retail Manager to address store needs promptly.
- Analyze sales and sell-through data to implement strategies that boost sales and optimize stock, such as store-to-store transfers and regional stock consolidation.
- Collaborate with Visual and Training Teams to support regional sales, store setups, and displays.
- Conduct market visits to both DOS stores and competitors.
- Perform competitive and market trend analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail merchandising and buying role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of the luxury market, particularly in Europe and the Middle East
- Confidence in presenting to large groups
- Passion for product, especially in RTW
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent command of English
- Willingness to travel to various destinations
