Bottega Veneta EMEA Men’s and Women’s RTW Merchandiser

1. Define the short- and long-term regional strategy for men's and women's RTW to develop the category and maximize business potential.
2. Prepare and guide showroom buying sessions to tailor store assortments to specific market needs.
3. Collaborate with the Global Retail Merchandising team to align regional actions with global strategy and share market insights.
4. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to evaluate merchandising actions and optimize assortments and stock.
5. Monitor inventory, deliveries, and reordering to maintain appropriate stock levels across the network.
6. Maintain continuous communication with Store Managers and the Retail Manager to address store needs promptly.
7. Analyze sales and sell-through data to implement strategies that boost sales and optimize stock, such as store-to-store transfers and regional stock consolidation.
8. Collaborate with Visual and Training Teams to support regional sales, store setups, and displays.
9. Conduct market visits to both DOS stores and competitors.
10. Perform competitive and market trend analysis.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail merchandising and buying role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Knowledge of the luxury market, particularly in Europe and the Middle East
4. Confidence in presenting to large groups
5. Passion for product, especially in RTW
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Flexibility and adaptability
8. Collaborative team player
9. Excellent command of English
10. Willingness to travel to various destinations
