1. Support the EMEA CRM team in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities.
2. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly report analyses on various metrics such as nationalities, prospects, and sales.
3. Assist in coordinating events and initiatives, including performance monitoring and ROI calculation.
4. Coordinate the production of materials such as newsletters, campaigns, and presentations.
5. Participate in store trainings to enhance communication with Store Managers regarding CRM activities.
6. Collaborate with the Client Development Manager on regional CRM implementation.
7. Participate in regular meetings with subregions and country teams.
8. Provide administrative support to the EMEA CRM team.
9. Assist with data entry, maintenance, and updates.

1. Enrollment in an Economics Bachelor or Master’s degree program in Italy.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury and sales/marketing is essential.

Enrolled in an Economics Bachelor or Master’s degree program.
