1. Support the EMEA CRM team in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities.
2. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly report analyses, including nationalities, prospects, and sales data, to assess regional performance.
3. Assist in coordinating events and initiatives, including performance monitoring and ROI calculation.
4. Coordinate the production of materials such as newsletters, campaigns, and events, and maintain the customer database for detailed reporting.
5. Participate in store trainings with the EMEA CRM team to facilitate communication with Store Managers regarding CRM activities.
6. Collaborate with the subregion Client Development Manager on regional CRM implementations.
7. Participate in regular meetings with Subregions and Country teams.
8. Provide administrative support to the EMEA CRM team.
9. Support CRM team with data entry, maintenance, and updates.

1. Enrolled in an Economics Bachelor or Master’s degree program in Italy.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.

2. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury and sales/marketing is essential.

Currently enrolled in an Economics Bachelor or Master’s degree program in Italy.
