Bottega Veneta E‑commerce Intern

- Support daily e‑commerce operations for the brand website and digital touchpoints, including product uploads, visual/content quality control and pricing checks.
- Assist in execution and monitoring of e‑marketing, CRM and retention campaigns across email, onsite and social channels.
- Contribute to online merchandising: category planning, product categorisation, onsite promotions and A/B tests to improve conversion and average order value.
- Extract, prepare and analyse e‑commerce performance data (traffic, conversion, revenue) to produce regular reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with store, logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order flow, stock accuracy and post‑purchase experience.
- Support ad hoc digital projects such as seasonal launches, microsites, content updates and QA across devices and markets.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme in business, marketing, e‑commerce, digital media or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with basic competency in data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach when working with cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive learner with interest in luxury retail and digital commerce trends.

Internship or up to 1 year of practical experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or retail operations is preferred but not mandatory. Prior exposure to online merchandising, campaign execution or CRM activities is an advantage.
University degree in progress or recent graduate in business, marketing, e‑commerce, communications or a related field.
