- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, returns, and customer service.
- Operate and monitor key systems such as SFCC and Power BI to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support inventory allocation and replenishment processes for new collections and packaging materials, collaborating closely with headquarters.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor stock levels by liaising with headquarters and supply chain stakeholders.
- Provide prompt support on e-commerce related inquiries from local customer service.
- Prepare and manage daily and weekly sales performance reports for brand.com and marketplace channels.
- Support monthly sales closing by validating data accuracy and ensuring alignment with internal reporting standards.
- Monitor transactional flows and ensure compliance with brand policies and internal procedures.
- Support planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns and performance marketing activities in coordination with headquarters and local media teams.
- Ensure e-commerce content and merchandising are accurately executed on brand.com and Kakao Gift, aligned with campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA and SFCC insights, reviewing traffic, user behavior, conversion, and sales data.
- Prepare and consolidate e-commerce performance reports, providing visibility on sales trends, stock levels, and key operational metrics.
- Monitor sales and inventory performance, identifying potential risks or issues and escalating findings to management.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within luxury brands.
- Fluent in verbal and written Korean and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Expertise in data analysis and a strong interest in working with numbers.
- Flexible, adaptable, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
- Business proficiency in written English.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in e-commerce operations, ideally within luxury brands, is required.
