Bottega Veneta Department Manager, Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories

- Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories department.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate client loyalty and spending through meticulous client record management and strategic collaboration with the team.
- Maximize business potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach sales team members, enhancing their skills and driving sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in partnership with the back-of-house team.
- Uphold the brand’s service values by delivering exceptional customer service and managing professional relationships.
- Perform operational functions including opening and closing the department, stock management, and back-office tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury sector.
- Strong results orientation and goal-driven mindset.
- Extensive knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories, and luxury retail operations.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability, organizational skills, and strong brand ambassadorship.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the luxury sector is required.
Annual base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000, plus discretionary bonus.
