1. Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories department.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Cultivate client loyalty and spending through meticulous client record management and strategic collaboration with the team.
4. Maximize business potential in alignment with company strategy.
5. Mentor and coach sales team members, enhancing their skills and driving sales performance.
6. Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
7. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in partnership with the back-of-house team.
8. Uphold the brand’s service values by delivering exceptional customer service and managing professional relationships.
9. Perform operational functions including opening and closing the department, stock management, and back-office tasks.

1. Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury sector.

2. Extensive knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories, and luxury retail operations.
3. Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Adaptability, organizational skills, and strong brand ambassadorship.
6. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the luxury sector is required.

Annual base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000, plus discretionary bonus.
