1. Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear department.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and achieving sales targets.
3. Drive client loyalty and spending by maintaining accurate client records and developing client strategies.
4. Maximize business potential in alignment with company strategy.
5. Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and drive sales.
6. Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
7. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in partnership with the back-of-house team.
8. Uphold brand service values and manage customer relationships professionally.
9. Perform operational functions such as opening and closing the department, managing stock, and handling back-office tasks.
10. Introduce collections to top clients, delivering curated experiences to grow the high-end business.
11. Strengthen business by integrating shoes into styling and enhancing cross-selling and upselling capabilities.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector.

1. Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
2. In-depth understanding of Ready-to-Wear collections and product knowledge.
3. Refined eye for silhouettes and full-look styling.
4. Curiosity and connection to the luxury universe to stay ahead of trends.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Adaptability, organization, and strong brand ambassadorship.
8. Multilingual abilities are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial position within the luxury sector is required.

Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
