- Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear department.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and achieving sales targets.
- Drive client loyalty and spending by maintaining accurate client records and developing client strategies.
- Maximize business potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in partnership with the back-of-house team.
- Uphold brand service values and manage customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions such as opening and closing the department, managing stock, and handling back-office tasks.
- Introduce collections to top clients, delivering curated experiences to grow the high-end business.
- Strengthen business by integrating shoes into styling and enhancing cross-selling and upselling capabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
- Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
- In-depth understanding of Ready-to-Wear collections and product knowledge.
- Refined eye for silhouettes and full-look styling.
- Curiosity and connection to the luxury universe to stay ahead of trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adaptability, organization, and strong brand ambassadorship.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in a managerial position within the luxury sector is required.
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
