1. Support the organization of client events, including invitations, logistics, and post-event analysis.
2. Implement and monitor CRM and event activity calendars.
3. Assist the manager in preparing meeting materials, minutes, and internal presentations.
4. Aid in the development and updating of departmental dashboards.
5. Analyze the performance of executed actions and identify improvement opportunities based on client data.
6. Collaborate with Retail teams and ensure smooth communication with boutiques.
7. Participate in competitive analysis on loyalty and client experience initiatives in the luxury sector.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in the luxury sector, client relations, and event management.
3. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and CRM or data visualization tools is advantageous.
