1. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
2. Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
7. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
8. Maintain an environment of fairness and respect among associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
7. Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
8. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
