1. Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through their purchasing journey.
2. Present and explain the collection in accordance with brand standards.

5. Support store management in various sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Proficiency in Japanese and English.
3. Strong understanding of fashion trends and product characteristics.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
