1. Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta sales approach.
2. Deliver a memorable retail experience through effective initial contact, needs assessment, product presentation, and after-sales service.
3. Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
5. Perform proactively with energy, actively seeking ways to improve results and solve problems.
6. Collect customer feedback on collections and provide insights to the Store Manager.
7. Gather information on competitor activity through various channels.
8. Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and provide and seek support from colleagues.
9. Ensure the store's interior and exterior are maintained to company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
3. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
6. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
7. Ability to perform as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
