- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties, while maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-related field.
