1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties, while maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
8. Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

4. Polished and well-groomed appearance.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-related field.

Salary range of $23.75-25.75 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
