1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive client outreach and development of new clients via appointments and consignments.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, updating and maintaining client profile records regularly.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through continuous learning and training.
5. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
7. Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain a polished and well-groomed appearance.
3. Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.

Salary range of $21.00-24.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
