- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve key performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
- Maintain a learning attitude, actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Promote a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages up to 8 lbs.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury setting.
