- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, including appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Engage in continuous learning and feedback processes to enhance personal and professional growth.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a respectful and equitable work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury environment.
Salary range of $21.00-23.00 per hour, plus commission and eligibility for overtime.
