1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy and utilize sales techniques to maximize performance.

4. Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
5. Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.
6. Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure compliance with all processes.

1. Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
2. Experienced Client Advisor, ideally with a background in the luxury sector and a sensitivity to the prêt-à-porter universe.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proactive in proposing commercial performance improvements.
5. Ability to perform cross-selling across all product categories.
6. Versatile and challenge-driven.
7. Fluent in French and English.
