- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping existing clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
- Assist with basic store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Advanced sales techniques including cross-selling and upselling.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
