- Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Maintain a learning attitude by seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards maintenance, and compliance with company policies.
- Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, annual inventory, and the entire holiday season.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
