1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.

5. Collect and update client information to optimize CRM usage.
6. Foster strong, long-term client relationships through clienteling.
7. Understand luxury fashion, collections, and trends to advise clients.
8. Work with silhouettes and suggest alternative items to enhance client discovery of the collection.
9. Confidently advise clients on styling with a creative vision.
10. Maintain stock organization and monitor inventory levels, communicating any out-of-stock items promptly.
11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.
