1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
2. Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
4. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, regularly updating client profile records.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through continuous learning and training.
6. Assist with basic store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Exemplary work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Polished and professional appearance.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
