- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client experience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- High energy and team-oriented attitude.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting, with a focus on customer service.
Salary range of $23.00-25.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and commissions.
