1. Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta sales approach.
2. Deliver a memorable retail experience through effective client engagement, needs assessment, and exceptional after-sales service.
3. Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
5. Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement in sales performance.
6. Collect customer feedback on collections and communicate insights to the Store Manager.
7. Gather information on competitor activity through various channels.
8. Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and provide and seek support from colleagues.
9. Ensure the store's interior and exterior are maintained to company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
3. Enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
6. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
7. Team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
