- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize each transaction and enhance sales performance.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring client profiles are consistently updated.
- Engage in continuous learning and feedback reception to improve personal and team performance.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and foster an environment of respect and fairness among all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus overtime eligibility.
