1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
3. Maintain and update client information for efficient CRM use.
4. Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to Bottega Veneta's Client Journey.
5. Understand luxury fashion, collections, and trends.
6. Assist clients in discovering the collection by suggesting alternative items and working on silhouettes.
7. Maintain a positive attitude, contribute to teamwork, and adapt to diverse personalities.
8. Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines effectively.
9. Keep stock organized, monitor deliveries, and communicate out-of-stock merchandise promptly.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

1. Excellent client service attitude.
2. High flexibility to adapt to various client types.
3. Strong communication and empathetic skills.
4. Team player with multitasking abilities.
5. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Fluency in English.

1-2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.
