- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages regularly.
- Advanced sales and client relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
