1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.

3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning.
6. Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Polished and professional appearance.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
9. Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages regularly.
