- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring meticulous maintenance of client profile records.
- Maintain an open attitude towards continuous learning and feedback from colleagues and management.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Exemplary work ethic, leadership skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Advanced sales and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for luxury retail environments.
