1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop and maintain a loyal client base by scheduling appointments, managing consignments, and informing clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
5. Continuously expand product knowledge and expertise across all collections through available training resources.
6. Support store management with opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $24.00-28.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
