Bottega Veneta Assistant Store Manager

1. Partner with the Store Manager to achieve store and individual sales targets and category goals.
2. Drive day-to-day store operations in accordance with brand standards, including visual merchandising and store image management.
3. Manage CRM activities and client book maintenance to maximise clienteling and repeat business.
4. Monitor stock levels and ensure merchandise availability through effective stock management processes.
5. Support loss prevention procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
6. Mentor, coach and retain store staff; support workforce planning and staff optimisation versus business needs.
7. Analyse sales performance and budgets; provide numerical insight to support decision-making.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to deliver exceptional service.
9. Keep abreast of competitor activity and local market trends to inform commercial actions.

1. Minimum 6 years' experience in luxury retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a sales team with a strong orientation to results.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a presentable, energetic demeanour.
4. Solid numerical sensitivity and proven competence in budget management and sales analysis.
5. Thorough knowledge of the local luxury market and client profile.
6. Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

At least 6 years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity overseeing sales performance, staff coaching and store operations.
