1. Manage annual processes including performance review, annual discretionary bonus, and annual salary review.
2. Oversee all payroll and benefits-related processes in collaboration with the Kering Shared Service team.
3. Collaborate with Finance and HRBP to manage budget and forecast processes.
4. Support the implementation and review of local compensation and benefits programs, including commission scheme review and benefit design.
5. Conduct annual compensation benchmark exercises and support data preparation and submission for various HR surveys.
6. Provide information on compensation and benefits matters to regulators, and internal and external audits as required.
7. Participate in various HR projects as a compensation and benefits expert, supporting ad hoc projects and company-wide HR initiatives.
8. Consult and collaborate with HRBP to provide professional compensation and benefits advice and solutions.
9. Stay updated on regulation changes and maintain contact with local authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor law, taxation, and pension.
10. Review HR policies to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
11. Collaborate with HRBP on handling employee compensation case filing and management.
12. Provide support in regional compensation and benefits processes.

3. Experience in managing payroll and benefits processes.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR field.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
