Bottega Veneta Architecture Project Manager

- Manage retail and corporate architecture projects across the EMEA region from feasibility to opening.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain design intent and brand standards throughout all project phases.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting tools.
- Review architectural drawings and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Support procurement processes in collaboration with Store Planning and Purchasing teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality, ensuring compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the global Architecture team to implement standards and design evolutions.
- Qualified Architect or Engineer with over 5 years of experience in architecture project management.
- Previous experience in the luxury retail sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, technical design, and local regulations across EMEA.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Over 5 years of experience in architecture project management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
