1. Maintain store network project archives, including updating drawings and photo books.
2. Support the department by updating contracts and agreements, liaising with the legal department on lease agreements, AIA, and global suppliers.
3. Assist with regular project updates and reporting to Worldwide Store Planning & Finance by collecting update data.
4. Create presentations for regional project reviews and the BV Board.

1. Must be able to receive academic credit for this internship.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of CAD software.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Initiative and self-sufficiency in task execution.
5. Excellent communication and writing skills.

Prior architectural work experience is advantageous but not required.

Current enrollment in a relevant academic program, with eligibility to receive academic credit.

$16.50 per hour.
