1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance boutique performance.
4. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
6. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
7. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making.
